Returns and Exchanges

 

As trite as it sounds, we want to do everything we can to make you happy! If you have any problems, questions, suggestions, or wild ideas please contact us with them. We love hearing from you even if you are having trouble. We want to do everything that we can to make your adventure with us a grand one!

 

RETURNS

How long do I have to return something?
We are totally happy to accept returned merchandise as long as items are postmarked to us within 15 days (U.S. customers) or 30 days (international customers) of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags (duh).

 

Does it cost anything to return an item?
Just the shipping cost! We don't charge processing fees or anything like that. We aren't mean! We will fully reimburse the cost of the item (minus the original shipping) within a few days of receiving it. 

 

How do I return something?
Just contact us at theroguetheminx@gmail.com and we will send you our mailing address. Wrap the item up carefully, and package it well so it doesn't get damaged. We suggest insuring it, so that if it gets lost you will still get your money!

 

Can I return custom sizes?
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on custom work unless there is a mistake we made. Since custom sized items are made uniquely for you they are nearly impossible for us to resale. To avoid problems, we suggest being really careful when taking your measurements, and be specific about how you want the garment to fit you!

EXCHANGES

If something doesn't fit, please let us know! We are totally happy to offer exchanges for our standard sizes. Since we are a small start-up we suggest buying your replacement size right away in order to insure you get what you want. 

 

How long do I have to exchange something?
Exchange times work the same as return times. Domestic customers have 15 days, and international customers have 30 days. Naturally, the item has to be brand new, unworn, and unwashed.

 

What does it cost to exchange something?  
Just the shipping cost to get it back to us! We will be happy to foot the bill for sending you the new item (yes, even for international customers!) 

Can I exchange for a custom size?
Absolutely! You will want to check with us first to see if we still have fabric for the item. If we do, we will be happy to make you what you need.  Just keep in mind that custom work does cost more, so some additional fees may be necessary. We will apply your return to a credit for the new item.
