The Salt Mines of Nullarbor Plain

by Anna Marie Cooper July 21, 2014

A bit of unreality for your Monday. Taken by Australian photographer Emma Phillips one day when she came upon a salt mine in Western Australia. The results are so surreal that is almost looks like a tiny set that has been made using mountains of sugar and tiny toy bulldozers. The world is impossible to visually comprehend sometimes my brain likes to try to explain it away as something else. Particularly on a Monday before caffeine consumption.
